This guy always makes us laugh. Anyone remember when all it to to send one over the moon was happy was a helium balloon? Us neither but Balloon Boy will bring back that joy. He is resin formed on a big chunk of concrete that was found on the site of a demolished building. His body is formed around a wire that was imbedded in the rock His head is an oyster shell and he has a patina finish.
